Terms & Conditions for LVBL Summer Camp Participation

1. Registration & Participation

Participation is contingent upon successful registration and confirmation by LVBL.
Parents or guardians are required to complete the registration process, including payment, prior to the child’s attendance.

Full payment is due at the time of registration.
Cancellations made less than one week prior to the start of the camp will not be eligible for a refund.
No refunds will be provided if a participant leaves the camp after it has started.

Participants must demonstrate respectful behaviour toward instructors, administrators, and fellow attendees.
All participants are expected to follow the rules set by LVBL and its partner organizations throughout the camp.
Any disruptive behaviour or violation of camp rules may result in dismissal without a refund.
Digital devices are prohibited in activity rooms, during field trips, and outdoor activities unless prior approval is granted by LVBL staff or instructors.

Parents/guardians must inform LVBL of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements their child may have during registration. Given the nature of outdoor activities and field trips, it is essential for LVBL to be fully informed of any specific needs.
Participants must follow safety protocols outlined by LVBL and its partners during outdoor activities and excursions.

LVBL may take photographs or videos during the camp for promotional purposes.
If parents/guardians do not wish for their child to be featured, they must inform LVBL in writing prior to the event.

Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child is dropped off and picked up on time.

LVBL reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions as necessary. Any updates will be communicated in advance.

By enrolling your child in the LVBL Summer Camp, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
